Murphy's Law #1 - Anything that CAN go wrong, WILL go wrong

Now there is a formulat to calculate the probability of something going wrong.

U = Urgency (1 = low, 9 = very urgent) _____
C = Complesity (1 = low, 9 = very complex) _____
I = Importance (1 = low, 9 = very important) _____

UCI = U + C + I (add these together ______

S = Your Skill at performing task (1 = low, 9 = very skilled) _____

SS = 10 - S (if you are very skilled then this is small) _____

FACTOR_A = ( UCI x SS ) / 20 ________
(this gives you a number that represents the DAMAGE that is done if the task goes wrong. The best is 0.45 , the worst is 12.15

A = agrravation factor = .7 for this example

F = Frequency of performance of the task (1 = once, 9 = many, many times)

FACTOR_B = A x 1 / (1 - sin(F / 10)
(if you perform this many, many times then
F = 9
sin(.9) = close to 1
1 / 1 -
