The train leaves Stettler, Alberta, and returns five to six hours later. Stettler is located in the Heart of Central Alberta and is a leisurely three hour drive from Calgary; Alberta, two and one-half hours from Edmonton, Alberta.

The Snow Train is the winter version of the Agawa Canyon Train Tour that departs out of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. The breakfasts on the Snow Train are a choice of 3 different hot breakfasts, and the lunches are a choice of 5 different hot or continental style lunches. Link here to view the selections.
On the Snow Train you will be going up to mile 114, and come back. On the Agawa Canyon train there is a 2 hour stopover in the Canyon park, however, due to the cold weather in the winter, there is no stopping in the Canyon. The train departs at around 8:00 a.m. and returns about 4:30 p.m.
