My teddy bear has a huge, loving heart

He has loved me unconditionally from the start.

As I lay down to cuddle with him

A feeling of peace comes rushing in.

He has more strength than iron or steel

He offers security, a safe place to feel.

When I cry he dries all my tears

When I am scared he settles my fears.

When I am angry he calms my rage

When I feel trapped he opens the cage

When I am lonely he holds me all night

When I am blind he turns on the light

When I am cold he lights a fire

He tires to fulfill my every desire

So; with all my bear's strength, I awake with a smile

Making his existence worth all the while

So that is my bear and what he does for me

The best part is that his love is free.
